The ships that I have been on have all started around 6:15p.m. and then 2nd seating 8:30p.m. The Coral princess which is a sister ship to Island starts at 6:15p.m. and 8:30p.m.

How does Anytime Dining work? We had our dining preferences changed from a wait listing of first dining to Anytime Dining. Can we still eat in the diningrooms or do we have to make reservations every day for the other restaurants? Do we have to make reservations first thing in the morning every day? thanks for any advice.

Thanks for the traditional times info. Invited on a cruise with 2 other couples & they are thinking 2nd trad. late might be TOO late and are thinking about Personal Choice. We prefer trad. and was hoping the dinner started at 8pm...oh well. Have heard that unless you make a pers. choice reservation, you might have to wait a long time to eat at the most popular time. Doesn't that (having to make a rez) defeat the purpose of "choice"? We usually travel HAL.
