sxmnov08 Posted November 1, 2010 #1 Share Posted November 1, 2010 Our cruise next year arrives in Victoria at 6PM, leaves Victoria at 11:59pm. Is there enough time to do a whale watching excursion? What time will we actually be off the ship if it is scheduled to arrive at 6PM?
fragras Posted November 1, 2010 #2 Share Posted November 1, 2010 We were on the Pearl last year and stopped in Victoria, too. I really don't remember what time we were able to get off. Just remember that for half your shore time it will be dark. Don't know how much you'll get to see on a whale-watching tour that time of day/night. sxmnov08 Posted November 1, 2010 Author #3 Share Posted November 1, 2010 Sunset is 9:18pm. Is it a long process to depart the ship? Does the ship arrive on time, early, or late?
dexddd Posted November 2, 2010 #4 Share Posted November 2, 2010 Try checking some of the operator sites. We used 5 Star Whale Watching last year and there is another large company - forgot name - but if you do a search on internet you should be able to find both and see if they have tours at the times you are looking for.
