Food Allergies, Advice

I have food allergies and I am taking my first cruise next year, I am allergic to Wheat and Dairy, any advice from those who have gone before? I will be on the Allure of the Sea, from what I have read it shouldn't be an issue but I would love to hear first hand, the good and the bad.

Thanks

Cruising is great for those of us with food allergies! (I'm gluten-free.) Every line is getting really good at the ends and outs of special diets.

Search under "gluten free" or my threads and you can find a bunch of tips I've written over the last few years. Lots of the tips work for other allergies too. I keep hoping more folks will add to it because I'm limited in the number of lines where I'm familiar with their practices.

I'll be adding some European land trips as soon as I have time to organize my thoughts. We just got back yesterday, so I'm still fuzzy.
