taxi from Port of Miami to MIA- what do you say?

From $20 to $80...I've read different prices.

 

Anyone taken a taxi from PoM to MIA recently and know for sure the cost of a taxi...the entire taxi-not per person?

 

Also read there are shuttles as well - anyone taken these and know the cost...this would be per person, right? (not the Carnival one- but read there are shuttles near the taxis)

The flat rate fare for the cab, not per person, is $24+ tip; same fare going the other direction from MIA to POM - great deal! :D Ride takes about 15 minutes; I think there are shuttles "trolling" for customers with a typical fare of about $18 per person. :(

 

The $80+ fare you saw was probably from POM to FLL - about a 40+ minute drive. Good luck!:)
