Miami International Skycaps arrested for luggage scam

I hope you like paying for jailing these people. All luggage is supposedly screened for explosives etc....so as for it being a security issue that is balderdash. Could it cause an overweight problem on an aircraft? Not usually and on long flights they actually weigh the luggage they PUT on the plane(they weigh the containers the luggage is in not the individual bags)....

Normally the margin of error is so great that it won't make a difference....maybe they will have to weigh the passengers too....

In any job where tipping is the majority of earnings are people surprised to find out that by bunging a few extra bucks in the way of the employee that they'll bend/break the rules?
