My guess is...No it's not allowed. Was it ever allowed in Catalina? When I was on the Paradise, I placed an order with Bon Voyage and it was waiting in my room for me. It cost a lot but I'm worth it! ;)

I have done this cruise about 4 times and every time I have asked security before I left for shore they have said it's ok. I have not done this cruise in about 2 years and it seems like they are gettimg strict about things I thought that maybe they may not let you any more.
