irv54 Posted December 1, 2010 #1 Share Posted December 1, 2010 Hi all We always sit late seating in a large table and have always met great people. This year we are going on a 14 day cruise with many sea days and we are not sure if we want to eat that late every-night. Has anyone tried Anytime dining? Can you sit at a large table? Did you end up sitting with the same people. Suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Happy holidays to all
Desert Cruizers Posted December 1, 2010 #2 Share Posted December 1, 2010 We have always done early seating at main dining because we enjoy sitting with the same people and have lucked out at our table and been seated with wonderful people. I believe with anytime dining you will meet differant people unless you find a couple/s' you would like to dine with then you probably can set it up to dine together. live.love.cruise Posted December 1, 2010 #3 Share Posted December 1, 2010 Hi all We always sit late seating in a large table and have always met great people. This year we are going on a 14 day cruise with many sea days and we are not sure if we want to eat that late every-night. Has anyone tried Anytime dining? Yes Can you sit at a large table? Yes, you can request to sit @ table with others. But I think that most people who book MyTime perfer sitting with the people they're traveling with. Did you end up sitting with the same people. No, because we requested to sit by ourselves (anti-social lol). Suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Happy holidays to all see answers above.....enjoy your cruise! Rare silentbob007 Posted December 1, 2010 #4 Share Posted December 1, 2010 I've recieved weird looks when using MyTime and asking to sit with other people ... it happened a few times, but most nights ended up sitting alone. The program mostly seems set up for lots of small tables and private parties.
