rckymtair Posted December 4, 2010 #1 Share Posted December 4, 2010 Hi, I am wondering if anyone have any recent photos or videos of Balcony rooms in Norweigan Spirit and how recent they are. Norwiegan website only has one pic and is not really that good. If you can either post them or email them to me at rckymtair@tctwest.net Thanks, Tim

roger001 Posted December 5, 2010 #5 Share Posted December 5, 2010 Nice pictures. What type of camera do you have? Actually, it's just a fairly old Nikon CoolPix point and shoot. Although Canon and the rest are very good, I've always been a Nikon fan. We have a Nikon D40 SLR that is great, but the Cool Pix size and ease of use finds it being used most of the tiime. minncruisers Posted December 7, 2010 #7 Share Posted December 7, 2010 roger001, thanks for the pics! I'm sad how small the bathroom vanity area is though. I'm going to keep an open mind and hope that it's better in person than it is on film. BTW, is that the hair dryer with the hose thingie on the wall there?
Toyz711 Posted December 7, 2010 #8 Share Posted December 7, 2010 yes it's the hair dryer. i have never used it, some say it's too weak for heavy hair. personally, i love the bathroom vanity in the baloncy cabins..the way the room is divided into 3 sections. if you bring a hair dryer...use a dual wattage dryer. there's more storage under the sink, a shelf for towels and such. we took a hanging shoe rack for the little things, just to make sure DH could find his stuff without bothering me. :)
roger001 Posted December 7, 2010 #9 Share Posted December 7, 2010 nice pics- thanks for sharing- we sail on spirit in may ;) our first ncl cruise The Spirit is one of, or maybe the only one of the NCL ships without a refridge in the balcony rooms. I took a small cooler and asked that the room attendent keep it filled with ice for me. She did twice a day and it worked great, actually much colder that the refridges are anyway.
