GRAND CAYMAN SHOPPING HOURS

Recommended Posts

We're booked for the Feb 5th sailing of the Brilliance to the Canal, and one of it's stops, of course, is in GC. However, it's on a Sunday and what we've been able to determine is that a lot of the shops are closed on Sunday. I'm doing the Stingray thing that day and GF usually likes to shop, and has absolutely no interest in going with me. My question is....are a majority of the shops closed on Sundays, even when a ship is in port?? Seems kind of strange, but customs are customs. Also, would like to mention, if I've calculated right, SuperBowl Sunday is also that day, so I assure you, I won't miss THAT departure. Thanks in advance. Mike!!
