I will be in Grand Cayman on 04-04 & 04-11 on the Princess and would appreciate ideas of what to do sightseeing wise.

Feed the stingrays, a trip to hell and turtle farm.

Go to either 7 mile beach or take an excursion that goes to the stingray sandbar.

 

Just trying to give a helpful hint, but its easier to get more responses to your quesiton if you state the topic of your question in the topic rather than the date you are going to be in Grand Cayman.

Here's another vote for a sting ray tour. There are lots of great private tour companies (Nativeway, Capt Marvins, Moby Dick, etc.) or book through the ship.
