Rental car return near POM?

We'll be flying into FLL day before cruise, renting a car overnight. Cruise leaves from POM -- are there any car rental agencies with an office near the port and/or a shuttle to the port?

Avis and Hertz have downtown locations close to POM -- if they do not offer a shuttle a taxi will cost about $10. Every other agency is located near MIA and reports on shuttles to POM have been confusing. Good luck! :)

Hertz has an office Downtown Miami and Port of Miami. They are both the same location, but the Hertz's reps in the local office say to use the Downtown Miami location for renting/dropping off. They have a shuttle that runs to the port.

I can confirm that Hertz only provides a shuttle from POM to its downtown locations. They do not have a free shuttle to the Hertz airport location, (which has much cheaper rates). We had to take a taxi for $25 out to MIA.
