Cabanas in belize

We will be in bilize early april and are considering renting one of the beach cabanas. has anyone rented one of these and if so was it a good expeiriance?

Where are you going in Belize? I am not aware of anyplace that has cabanas...are you sure you're not thinking of another port?:confused:

Go to Ports boards Caribbean-Roatan and look up some reviews of the cabanas in Mahogany Bay. They seem a bit pricy to me, but you do get some additional privacy from the crowds on the "free" beach, same water just 50 feet further toward the ocean. So search and read and look at the pictures and then decide. For me there are better things to do and way better beaches on Roatan than Mahogany Bay.

Bananrama, Tabayana, Gumbalinda Park, Half Moon Bay or any of the other places along the west end/west bay.
