Wow, the Carnival IT monkeys need a lesson in how to do their jobs

I logged into my profile today to book a shore excursion for my February Destiny trip. Once I selected the excursion, it took me to a screen to select which passengers I was booking for, and there were 3 names on the screen, none of which were in my party. I looked at the top of the screen, and even though I was logged into my own profile, and it said Welcome, TD at the top, the booking information was for a January cruise on the Imagination for 3 people whose names I couldn't even pronounce.

 

I called Carnival, and they had no idea how that happened. Apparently their system just went haywire. They told me to log out and clear my cookies, and then log back in. It fixed it, but I would have been a teensy bit upset had I paid for someone else's excursions! lol
