Best Beach Bar

I'm looking for the "place to be" on our cruise stop in St. Thomas. I like a beach that's lively with music and people. Grilled food would be a plus along with a calm surf. Where would you recommend and why? :D

I don't know if you're going to find what you're looking for on St Thomas. Secret Harbor would be my best guess. It has all the things you want but I don't know if I'd describe it as "lively".

 

The Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke sounds more like what you want but you'll have to get there by boat.

There are no "happening beach bars " on St Thomas, especially during the day.

No music, dancing etc. and there also is no surf on the Island waters unless there is a storm. Secret Harbour has a beach bar, quiet, as it is mainly a condo resort with some rentals, but folks are generally quiet during the day, some nights there is music. I agree it's another island for you.:(

Theres a cool little bar right near where the ship docks that has swings for barstools. They had a real grill and it was alot of fun. No beach though

Sometimes Iggie's at Bolongo has music, usually recorded during the day. The place with the swings in the parking lot is Mojo's. In Red Hook, Duffy's can sometimes be exciting. Again, a bar in a parking lot! Paradise Point can be lively.
