waveriderAS Posted December 27, 2010 #1 Share Posted December 27, 2010 Hello Everyone, Has anyone ever used slotplaycoupons.com? Just wondering if it is a legitimate website. Thanks in advance. ;)
garycarla Posted December 27, 2010 #2 Share Posted December 27, 2010 I have been on these boards for a while and spend lots of time in the casino. First I have every seen these coupons. Personally, I would risk my own $25 or $50 at the casino vs whatever this deal is. It might be real, but as said, never heard of it.
Cruise4me2 Posted February 9, 2011 #3 Share Posted February 9, 2011 Hello Everyone, Has anyone ever used slotplaycoupons.com? Just wondering if it is a legitimate website. Thanks in advance. ;) I just saw this site and was wondering if anyone used these on any of their NCL cruises? We leave next Sat and was wondering if it was legit. It says that you can get your money back. You get $50 in slot play for $25. thanks, Sharon
terrymtex01 Posted February 9, 2011 #4 Share Posted February 9, 2011 OP I have contacted NCL CAS to inquire. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
Dayenu Posted February 9, 2011 #5 Share Posted February 9, 2011 "Coupon value is credited as Promotional Slot Credits." - I wonder what that means. When the ship gives a coupon, it meant we could play only at one designated slot machine, 3 quaters one reel. We would not play that much if it wasn't free. So I wonder, if this is something similar. tjatczak Posted February 10, 2011 #6 Share Posted February 10, 2011 Any further information? If valid I would order in a heartbeat for our upcoming cruise...

When the ship gives a coupon, it meant we could play only at one designated slot machine, 3 quaters one reel. We would not play that much if it wasn't free. So I wonder, if this is something similar. The coupon value would be for the $50 and they would put it on your NCL casino at seas card and you could put whatever value you wanted at a machine but you couldn't cash out until you had spent whatever amount you originally put in. that is why I would probably only do $10 at a time. Anyway I will wait to hear if this is legit as I would love to do it for our cruise coming up next Saturday:) thanks, Sharon
lambs2 Posted February 10, 2011 #8 Share Posted February 10, 2011 We are also interested in this for our upcoming SUN transatlantic. Since the NCL ships are no longer offering the coupon booklets with the slot match play coupons this could be a great way to get a bit more slot play at a good promo price. I am awaiting any answers too!
patseacruiser Posted February 10, 2011 #9 Share Posted February 10, 2011 I don't know exactly what you are talking about but when I was on Epic I bought 8 next cruise credits. You get $100 obc for each cruise credit, however, if you use the $100 in the casino you can get $125 slot credit. Which means you must use the $125 in the slot. What you do is every time you win you hit cash out and keep cashing out until and hopefully get the $125 or more back and then the extra is also yours too. I don't know if I've explained it right but that's how I do it.

SeaShark Posted February 10, 2011 #12 Share Posted February 10, 2011 I sent this info to someone I know in NCL Casino Operations. I received a reply back stating that this website is legit. There are (of course) Terms and Conditions that apply: -Each player may redeem one (1) coupon at this casino every 14 days. -Player's Club membership at this casino is required to redeem. -Coupon value is credited as Promotional Slot Credits. -Promotional Slot Credits must be wagered before cashing out. -The player named on the coupon must be 18 years old to redeem. -Coupon expires one (1) year from purchase date. -May not be combined with any other offer. lambs2: I have been on NCL cruises where you could choose either the $100 OBC or the $125 Slot Play for buying the Cruise Reward. It isn't offered on every ship, but I have seen it (once or twice if memory serves).
lambs2 Posted February 10, 2011 #13 Share Posted February 10, 2011 Anybody ever ACTUALLY use a coupon from slotplaycoupons.com in an NCL casino? Sorry I am still a bit skepical until I hear for sure that the casino will accept a coupon from this web site!
Cruise4me2 Posted February 10, 2011 #14 Share Posted February 10, 2011 Anybody ever ACTUALLY use a coupon from slotplaycoupons.com in an NCL casino? Sorry I am still a bit skepical until I hear for sure that the casino will accept a coupon from this web site! well I think we are going to try it. Here is everything listed on their website: Purchase a Slot Play Coupon at SlotPlayCoupons.com Take the coupon to the sponsoring casino. When you get to the casino, go to the player's club and tell them that you want to redeem your Slot Play Coupon that you bought at SlotPlayCoupons.com. If you are already a member of the casinos player's club, great! If not, you will need to join (player's club membership is always free). Then simply show the coupon code to the player's club staff member and ask them to credit your account. The casino will then contact us to make sure that your coupon is valid (this only takes a minute). Once approved, the casino will credit the Slot Play amount you purchased to your player's club account. You can then insert your player's club card in any slot machine (or machines) at the casino and download the credits to begin playing. A few things you should know: We have agreements with all of the casinos listed on Slot Play Coupons.com. Each casino has agreed to honor the coupons listed on our site. However, if you are underage or not allowed to play at the sponsoring casino for any other reason, the casino can still deny honoring the coupon. The casino's decision is final. In that case, simply contact us, and we will issue you a full refund. The casino gets to decide how often you can redeem their coupon offers; most are one per month. You may purchase multiple coupons for the same player and the same casino from our site, but you may not be able to use the additional coupons until enough time has passed between redemptions. It is the casino's final decision honor a second coupon within the time allowed. If the casino denies redemption because you are over your limit, you will need to wait for the next month (or allowed time period) to redeem. The face values of the coupons purchased on our site are for Promotional Play. Promotional Play is almost the same as real money, except that you need to wager the Promotion Play credits before you can cash them out. All winnings realized during play can be cashed out. I will report back when I return. I cruise next Sat 2-18 on the Sun. Wish me luck! Sharon
lambs2 Posted February 10, 2011 #15 Share Posted February 10, 2011 Thanks for the additional information Sharon! I had not read all the details on their web page yet. Sounds easy enough and the monery back guarantee is reassuring if for some reason the coupon is not considered valid by NCL for some reason. Hope you have great luck on you upcoming cruise in the SUN's casino!!:)

After hearing of other issues on the ship and no one can seem to reach Miami I wonder how this part of the process would be handled. Interested to see how this turns out. garycarla Posted February 10, 2011 #17 Share Posted February 10, 2011 The best you can do is give them $25 and get $50 in slot play. I think I will just take my chances and play with my money onboard.

I never remember seeing some thing like tnat on any of the NCL ships we have sailed! Has anybody else seen this? We just disembarked from Pearl on Feb 6th and we were offered that in the form of quite diy-looking coupons that were in the envelope with cruise credit confirmations.
