Does Carnival no longer charge less for 3rd & 4th person in a room?

Haven't booked a cruise in awhile, and when I went on Carnival's website it showed the same price for all 4 people in the room. Is this something new?

Its their new way of trying to convince you of cheaper prices .. they are averaging the prices all together.

 

look at the same cruise on a ta site .. pax 1 and 2 will be higher ... or just price it for 2 people.

The last time I looked, they split the whole cost of the room equally. So the price was less for the 3rd and 4th but reduced the price of all passengers in the room.

Yes, 3rd & 4th passengers are definitely less moola. It's just hard to tell now with the new Carnival booking engine. You might get better results checking it out on an online travel site, or call Carnival or your PVP directly.

I am booked a 3rd passenger and he only paid $199 compared to all of us that paid $549.
