What do kids wear in the kids club?

I'm beginning the daunting task of packing! I'm not sure how much my kid(s) will use the kids club - but do they wear clothes or bathing suits? I'm trying to determine how many shorts/shirts I need, vs. bathing suits and cover ups.

My kids always wore regular clothes in Camp. No bathing suits. If we went for a dip and then they wanted to go to camp, they changed into shorts. My kids found camp to be chilly at night and my daughter often wanted a sweater or sweatshirt to wear on her arms.

Remember, they can wear things more than once...especially young kids...they don't perspire and start smelling!!!

Unless something is totally dirty and stained, they can re-wear it. No big deal.

Don't stress. Most kids don't wear a bathing suit to the kids club. They are not allowed in a wet suit. Generally, the kids club can be cool.

My kids wore regular clothes to the kids club. Never a swimsuit. Also, on formal nights before I took them to the kids club, I changed them out of formal wear into something more comfortable.

A t-shirt and shorts should be fine. They run around a lot:D

Also throw in some old t-shirts you do not care about. Sometimes they do messy crafts. :)

I second the idea of packing cardigan sweaters or sweatshirts. My daughter was often cold and spent most of her time wearing a zipup fleece!

thanks everyone! I threw in lots of shorts & shirts she can mix & match. I'll make sure to bring a sweatshirt!

Definitely! One of my DS's was shivering when I picked him up from Camp Carnival. They sometimes keep it pretty cold in there. This was the middle of June, by the way.

Thanks for the info. i have son who can come out of a white room messy.So thanks for the info about not having to "dress em up" for kids club. Dec will be the kids first,and I hope my sons, then 11 and 4 will enjoy themselves!
