Connecting separate dining reservations in the MDR

Later on in the year I will be cruising with a few other couples and I was wondering how one would go about connecting the separate dining reservations so that we can share a table? We are all requesting the same dining time, which I would hope would make the process easier. Is my only choice to wait until we board and speak with the maitre d or is there someone I can contact beforehand even though we will be less than 8 cabins?

I booked with a TA and we told her our travelmate's reservation number, she said they also would have to do the same- they booked online so they just called Carnival customer service. We were seated together.

I was wondering how seating would work myself, we have 2 cabins and clearly would like to sit with eachother. Does Carnival assume that, or should I call someone?

Have Carnival link your reservations together..and just make sure you all chose the same time. Its easy to have done :)

Call whomever you booked with .. if its a TA call them and give them all the booking #s so they can be linked together. Should be done before you board.
