Where can I find how many ships will be in port?

Is there one website for this that you don't have to pay for? I would like to find out how many ships will be in port each day to hopefully get an idea of how crowded places may be. We will be traveling on Carnival Freedom & stopping at San Juan, St Thomas, Antigua, Tortola & Nassau.
