Planning a day out on the East Coast - plan is to hire a car and then :-

1) Drive up to Bathsheba for a look around and have lunch - Can anyone recommend a good place for lunch on a Friday.

2) Then go to Bottom Bay for the afternoon

3) Then drive down to Oistins for the Friday Fish Fry - can anyone tell me what time this starts and which is the best stall to go to.

Thanks

Those beaches on the East Coast are awesome, but alot of them were "No swimming" we saw some hard core surfers but that was about it. Next time Im in Barbados the East Coast is thee only way to go, I didnt see any restaurants over there either. Regardless there has to be some place you can find a spot on the beach and eat, East Coast beaches put Carlisle to shame. Later Todd

A great place for lunch is The Roundhouse in Bathsheba.

As far as the Oistin's fish fry on Fridays, it generally starts about 6PM. Not too much going on during the day as I remember.

It seems like you have been talking to one of my cousins to plan your day.

Bathsheba is beautiful - just take some water shoes so you can walk out on the reefs that define most of the coastline.

Try either the Atlantis Hotel or the Cove (if it is open). We had lunch at both this summer and the settings for each are lovely.

Bottom Bay is also fun if you enjoy wave action (and can find it)

Oistins is also fun

Have a good time

Regards
