Room under Gym on deck 10...

I booked a room under the gym.. out of default.. it was this or a room under the Lido deck.. no way I wanted to hear deck chairs 24/7.. So does anyone have any tips or advice on Forward Deck 10 cabins. We usually book..deck 6 or 7 aft of mid.. But when you need multiple rooms late in the game you take what is offered. Thanks too any help on what to expect.. If I need industrial earplugs I want to be prepared.

The gym isn't open 24 hours and is mostly busy in the morning. Unless you sleep late you'll be fine.

Thanks.. I will bring those earplugs. Plus with 3 kids, sleeping late is not always an option. LOL.. I need to be one of those folks up in the gym:) Happy sailing :)

I've heard that what is critical, is not to be underneath the weights area where people lift. I've read complaints that after the gym is officially closed, crew can be there lifting.

We always book on Deck 10 but closer to the elevators, so we are not directly under the gym. The hall is really quiet & you are really close to the Lido deck.

You can hear noise from the weights & the step classes. It is true that the crew use it after it's closed. I had to call once because they were there late with the music blasting.

I upgraded to OV and got out from under the Gym. We were able to get connecting rooms... yipee. Thanks for the info.
