acruisingcouple Posted January 21, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 21, 2011 We are cruising on Carnival tomorrow. We are already looking to book a cruise for next year. Does anyone know if carnival gives you a discount or other incentives if you put a deposit on a future cruise while you are onboard? thanks! nobody000 Posted January 21, 2011 #2 Share Posted January 21, 2011 Just happen to have this close. This is what got on the Freedom in early Dec.
Julienatul Posted January 21, 2011 #3 Share Posted January 21, 2011 You get a voucher for onboard credit and 2 vouchers for family and friends for the same onboard credit if you book onboard. If you are unsure of dates but know you will sail sometime in the near future, you can buy a future cruise credit which is just the voucher for onboard credit for yourself but no family/friend vouchures. mrpayroll Posted January 21, 2011 #6 Share Posted January 21, 2011 When all is said and done, you end up with the OBC. The $100.00 is a wash. Still a good deal if you know you will be cruising with Carnival again.
