How do I check to see if I have an OBC?

I have looked at my cruise docs and it has all the necessary fees, costs, etc., but where would an OBC show up?

 

I have tried searching with no luck....

You can go to Carnival's website and go under your account where you filled out your fun pass on click billing and it will show you.

However, it's not always correct. Mine showed $210 and I thought I had $260 so I called Carnival..twice. Both reps said it showed that I had $360 or something like that..

Log onto Carnival and click on "Manage My Cruise" at the top....put in booking info and click on "View my Cruise". At the bottom of that page there are 4 tabs, the last tab is "billing"...click on it.....your OBC will show on this page. My Cruise Docs don't correctly show our total amount of OBC either....our FunShip dollars that we bought and had added as OBC do not appear on our Cruise Docs either, but you can see them on the "billing" tab page. Hope this helps.

I login, view my cruise but I am not sure why but I do not have a "Billing" tab.

 

I have 4 tabs as follows: my itinerary, my activities, my stateroom, my guests.

I dont have a billing tab either. go into your documents and check on General information- a statement is on page 2 that has my information.

 

But like the poster above stated-- its not always right.

 

Carnival has me at 280. but my documents say only 180. on it
