AMA: Nuremburg River Boat Terminal

Hi all,

We are considering doing the cruise-only option on AMA or either the AVALON Tranquillity or Tapestry this Fall. The ships depart from Nuremburg, but I can't seem to get any info on where exactly to meet the ship. I can't find a listing anywhere for a "River Boat terminal" in Nuremburg. Can anyone provide a specific location. We would be arriving the day of embarkation by train from Berlin. Prefer to have the info beforehand and not simply have to trust a cab driver. THANKS!

There has been a lot of discussion about dock in Nuremberg on another post. Search for Nuremberg dock. The docking area is a fair bit south of the centre, at Rotterdamer Strasse and Hafenstrasse. We were most interested in public transit, which requires a subway and a bus. The central train station is right at the old town.
