Want to spend extra time in and around St Pierre

HI,

 

I have been interested in the volcanic eruption that destroyed St Pierre for a number of years. A few years ago my wife and I did a ships tour that went there but we only got about 45 minutes to see what we wanted to see which wasn't near enough. Does anyone know a private tour provider that can take me there and allow me to spend an extended period of time exploring things while still getting me back to my ship before it sails.
