Concierge Lounge Access for Diamond Plus

Do Diamond Plus members have access to the Concierge Club on the Oasis and Allure? I received something from Crown and Anchor that contradicts itself in that in one sentence it says Daimond plus class has access to the Concierge Club and then in another sentence it states that on Freedom and Oasis class ships the Concierge Club is for guests staying in GS or better rooms and that Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle have access to the Diamond Club.
