I have poked around and searched without success. Hubby and I realized we never hit the MDRs for breakfast/lunch on our Spirit cruise last September and are going to be sailing the Dawn next and thought we might enjoy but want get an idea of the menus.

thanks in advance

Breakfast is the same menu every day... and it is pretty much the same items as on the buffet. There are a couple items that you can only get in the MDR and of course the table service is nice. But the menus are nothing great...

Pancakes, waffles, fruit, cereal, eggs to order, omelets, eggs benedict, bacon, sausage, etc. You won't find anything fancy at breakfast.

Lunches in the MDR are usually sea days (though we have also eaten there on embarkation day), and the menus can change and can be pretty interesting. We usually shoot for lunch in the MDR on sea days.

Maybe something has changed recently... we last sailed NCL in August last year.

You were on the POA, which probably hadn't been converted to the new menus when you cruised. The standard lunch menu no longer changes from day to day, just as the breakfast menu doesn't change. The Dawn was the first NCL ship to use the new menus.

Same thing happened on our Carnival cruise last month... same lunch menu each day. Very disappointing development. The menu was fine but the fact that it did not change seems intended to drive people to the Lido buffet.

I have to admit, it worked!
