Conanc Posted March 4, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 4, 2005 Where exactly is the bus station downtown in relation to the pier? Also, are the van/shuttles that run from downtown to Palm Beach also located nearby. Thank you!
Arubalisa Posted March 5, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 5, 2005 Across the main road, just a short walk.
sun&sea Posted March 14, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 14, 2005 Just exit the pier area through the gates. Turn slightly toward your right (toward downtown) The busses are on your left. It is only $2 round trip to ride the bus. There should be a bus leaving every few minutes. The bus will say "Hotel area". Once it leaves, it is about 10-15mins to the Palm beach area. A good place to get off is near the Wyndham or the Aruba Grand. The beaches are all public. When you want to return, just stand under this big tree right in front of the Aruba Grand and a bus will stop there every 15 mins or so. There are taxi's and shuttles everywhere by the pier. Most want you to take a tour. Janet
I&MsMom Posted March 14, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 14, 2005 Is it possible to take a bus to the Natural Bridge? We'll take a taxi or the bus to Moomba Beach for the Jolly Pirates, and then we'd like to see the natural bridge before returning to the ship. Thanks for any info. 39august Posted March 25, 2005 #6 Share Posted March 25, 2005 The buses only run as far as Arashi beach. No where near the natural bridge!
