Carnival Dream Deck 9

We're sailing on the Carnival Dream on 4/2, and have an inside cabin booked on Deck 9. According to the deck plans, it looks like it's right under the pool on the Lido Deck.

 

Has anyone stayed in this general area, and it the noise too bad at night?

 

I'm not too worried about noise during the day, but I'd prefer that it not be too noisy late at night and early in the mornings.

 

Should I ask to be moved down to Deck 8?

Move because it will be noisy in the early am about 3 or 4.

If you are indeed below the area where the wooden deck is...that can be the worst cabin on the ship. Some who got stuck with it said never again will they book another guarantee. Its that noisy at night when they are moving the lounge chairs around to clean the deck.

 

I would ask to move if you can. If you cant bring ear plugs

Thanks! I just had it moved to a cabin on the Lido deck towards the front of the ship. Hopefuly the extra movement there doesn't make DW seasick. :)
