Yes, the main dining room on Radiance class ships such as the Jewel, is two levels (Decks 4 & 5), and a section of Deck 5 is reserved for guests who have chosen My Time Dining.

Actually, MTD is interspersed with early and second seating on Jewel. We were in early seating on our cruise in January and had MTD folks all around us. It is in the area just inside the port side entrance.
