How large is a soda?

If you really like soda, bring some in your suitcase... along with a large plastic cup. The glasses in the rooms, and the cups in the buffet, are fairly small. I like a good Coke on ice, so I always bring one of those "fridge packs" of 12 cans in my suitcase... plus a plastic glass. When I want to enjoy a good Coke on ice, I either use the ice from the ice bucket in my room, or I run up to the lido buffet and get some ice there.

If you drink so much Coke that a 12 pack of cans doesn't last an entire cruise, you can almost always find more Coke for sale in the ports... and there's no problem bringing it back with you on to the ship.

Also, you can ask your cabin steward to empty all the "mini bar" stuff out of the fridge in your cabin so that you can use it to chill your Coke.

Sometimes people out on deck will see me enjoying a large glass of Coke and they will ask me where I got it!
