Early Saver Claim Form Questions

So our price went down $20- not very much, but hey, $20 is $20. We got the early saver, so we can apply to have that turned into onboard credit. A couple of questions:

1) We went through a travel agent- do we have to "apply" through them? Or can we just fill out this form (http://www.carnival.com/cms/requestforms/CCLEarlySaverForm.aspx) by ourselves? Our TA is at Mardi Gras, so we don't want to annoy them over twenty dollars, but if we can do it ourselves, why not?

2) Is there a limited number of times we can fill this form out?

Thanks!

Your TA is supposed to fill it out, but some said they got by with doing it themselves.

It cuts into the TA's commission so some are not so good about getting it done.

You can get as many price drops as you find..no limit.
