when I took Rony's tour last year I tipped $10/pp at the end of the trip.

That is what we did w/ Rony's driver last week as well

We were a group of 6 and each set of 2 gave $10, so the driver got $30 extra in Nov.

We had a day long tour with VB and we tipped the guide $10 pp.

I'm more in line with Morgsmon. If you have two adults and four kids (total 6) I think 60.00 might be a little costly for some people who have already paid 150.00 for the tour. I understand that the guide is not getting that money. We will be on our third tour with Bodden this June. Last year I tipped him 80.00 (7 people), later I thought that was a little high. I bought his lunch, drinks (not alcohol, he was driving). I believe this year for 7 people I will tip 40.00. I believe this is reasonable since I don't ask for anything extra. Alot of people travel on a budget and I don't think they should miss and excursion because the cost plus tip is just something they can't afford. But that's just me.

Same with us. Our guide also ate with us(we had to talk him into it)and we picked up the tab.

There were 3 of us, and our guide was great with us. He took us to all kinds of places that, it would seem, most tours (even Victor's tours) don't go to. I think the 3 of us combined to tip him $28.
