Art on board

Hi all, I thought I had read on the boards somewhere something about an art scavenger hunt onboard the Allure (or maybe it was the Oasis?). Does anyone have any information regarding this? We are heading out on Sunday and can't wait!

I know there is a scavenger hunt for the kids; they are all over the ship during their hunt. Haven't seen one for adults; or maybe I missed it.

There was a competition on the Jan 30th sailing.

My friend and I won it. :)

We were, however, the only team to enter! No Prize given though. :(

In order to take part, you have to buy a book about the ship.

If I remember correctly, this was about $18.

The book had lots of information - split up into zones.

It also had many questions to answer - which you could only do by searching for the clues in the general area mentioned.

Learnt quite a bit.

You were given around 2.5 hours. We managed it in the time, but I was a little exhausted afterwards. Got some stange looks!

After the hunt, there was a quiz.

Many more people turned up to that.

It was all done electronically, and was great fun.

There was a sting in the tail with the quiz - consequently, my friend won it and I came second. Both got prizes. :)

Have to say that it definately helped having done the hunting beforehand.
