cruisett is one of them for checking ports in ship per previous poster. there are a few others out there too...

 

for deck plans, lots of people use cruisedeckplans:

though you can see lots of the same info on carnival:

http://www.carnival.com/FunShips.aspx

 

also, a note - carnival has been updating deck plans for select ships recently so i always tend to check there first...
