I have been trying to purchase items for an upcoming cruise and I have not been able to get on for hours. Am I missing something or is this normal Saturday afternoon and evening maintenance?

I have had several issues with 'other' websites trying to get info from Celebrity Cruises with no luck. I don't know if the time change has anything to do with it?

Today I also can't get on the regular way. I was able to do a search "Celebrity Cruises" and double click their website address. I got in that way but not by the regular tool bar. Hope that helps. Don't know what's wrong.

Great name, BTW. That's the username I use quite often, but when I tried to use it for Cruise Critic, it said it was already taken ;)

I spoke to Celebrity this morning and they told me to login on bottom right not upper right. She said it made a difference if you purchased your fare direct online.

 

Funny we use the same name irishayes, I began using it during my dating days a very long time ago:eek:
