Check the Cruise Critic Ports of Call section for the information you need.

Yes, go to the Ports of Call section for information on specific ports and private excursions, but also look at the Roll Call for the specific ship and date you are considering. There may be others that cruise the area you are interested in. Princess has one called "Top of the World" that looks interesting and goes to some of the ports you mentioned. Starting in Dover and either ending in NY or continuing back to Dover for a total of 36 days. They don't have 2012 posted yet. I was seriously considering this cruise until I found out how rough the seas are. My DH is not comfortable with rough water.
