cancel and rebook onboard?

We are cruising on the Serenade later this year. We have the Celebrity Solstice booked for Fall 2012.

 

If before we board the Serenade we cancel the Solstice cruise and rebook onboard, would we still get the OBC? Obviously we won't be doing this if the price goes up.
