Check In Error 500????

Has anyone had this error? I am trying to check in information and it gives me this error and to call toll free number. I am booked way out there (April 2013) so this might be the issue.

I have some, mostly of the room. Here is one of our mini-suite, the atrium and the pool deck during sailaway. You will love her, she is a beautiful ship. It can be fun trying to navigate on some of the decks and you will find you have to go through the casino or up/down a deck to get where you want to go.

Getting back on target--

I also got that error; I checked with the NCL IT department and they said it was because I was booked too far out. Just last week I was able to complete the on-line check-in for my April 2012 cruise.

A friend called and was told you cannot check in more than a year in advance...........we are booked for 12/2/12 so we have to wait until 12/2/11 to check in.

That's funny. Growing up in South Burlington we referred to Rutland as "the sunny south"!

It might be ok as long as you are in the same month cause I completed my check-in for my January 29th 2012 cruise right after I booked it around January 12th.

Nothing really. Just makes it easier for me so I don't forget to do it. I know my passport number, phone number and address aren't going to change in the next year (unless I win big in the lottery) so I figured I might as well get it done while I was thinking about it (of course I'm always thinking about it LOL).

It is a little more than one year. I did the check in on 3/19/11 and I leave on 4/29/2012.
