My husband had a terrible time trying to run on DCL. You run on one of the upper decks, however it's often closed in the early morning for cleaning or docking, and by the time they reopen it, it's too congested with people milling about to safely run.

Deck 4 is marked in 1/4 mile increments and will have one showing one mile to indicate you completed a mile. Many people used it for walking/jogging.

Deck 4 is best for jogging. It is one of the prettier decks and definitely has the feel of those 1930s-1940s tran-Atlantic ships. It's also a great place to find a comfortable lounge chair.
