Regatta Cabin

We are first time Oceania cruisers and booked cabin 6093 on Deck 6 just by looking at the deck plans on their website.

This is a stern facing B1 category balcony cabin and looks to be a little bigger than others in this category on deck 6.

If anyone has stayed in this cabin or the one next door (6090) can you tell me your overall opinion of it.

Thank you.

Have not stayed in that cabin but only the balcony is bigger the cabin is the same size as the others

You may also feel some vibration when cruising

We were in one of the deck 7 aft cabins (7116) a year and a half ago on our Scandinavian Splendors cruise. We LOVE the aft staterooms! You get terrific views as you depart each port.

While the cabin is the same size as all the other veranda staterooms, the veranda is deeper. Because of the slope of the ship's structure, deck 6 has the deepest verandas of the 3 decks that have these cabins, nestled between the Owners Suites.

We have been in 6093 on the Nautica and Insignia, and will be in the same cabin, one deck up on the Regatta. Superb view and deeper balcony and no hallway noise. A little more vibration and sometimes some soot from the smokestacks on the balcony. The pluses sure outweigh the minuses for us - that is why we have booked it on all or our cruises.
