Yet we would like to find out if the Restaurant Manager that was on our last Cruise, Vladmir , will be on our voyage Insignia, Barcelona - Rome May 17th. Thank you I don't think that you will be able to find out anything that specific until you've boarded the ship. The staff who are in upper management positions, i.e Captain, General Manager, Executive Chef, Chief Concierge, Cruise Director and Oceania Club Ambassador will be listed in your Cruise documents (which arrive at about 90 days out); but the line employees are not mentioned. By the way, calling Customer Service to ask about this kind of thing will be fruitless (although they will be very polite about it), they are simply not supplied with that kind of information. DON Probably just a decent question. Having lived 2 1/2 lousy years, in LV, I can understand your response.
