Tender Question

We are a group of 8 (on Brilliance) who will be doing a private tour in Villefranche which has a tendor procedure. Firstly, how do we determine when we will be on the dock to meet our tour since the RCI tour people will probably get off first and secondly can one of us pick up all 8 tickets. Thirdly, when and how are they distributed?

I think they are doing a private tour and not one bought throuh the cruise line.

The OP is asking about tender tickets because they are taking a private, not a ship-sponsored, excursion. Guests who are on ship sponsored tours get priority when boarding tenders. Afterwards, tickets may be issued to control capacity for subsequent tender trips. If the OP is in a suite or is Diamond Plus, the concierge can probably get tender tickets for their entire party. If not, the Cruise Compass will provide information as to when and where to obtain them. On some ships tender tickets are not required, but on those where they are, either the concierge or guest services should be able to be of assistance.
