Debarkation Day Breakfast Times and Time Off Ship (4 Night Century/Miami)

I am just trying to figure out our last morning onboard (bummer of a thought I know...but have to do it). We sail on the Century 4/25-4/29. Itinerary says we are back in Miami at 7am. Anyone know the options and open times for breakfast on the last morning? Also, I am trying to arrange transport back to FLL (not actually taking a flight but renting a car). We are thinking either 9am or 10am. Want to be able to have a somewhat leisurely morning but at the same time not have to wait around either onboard or at the port for our shuttle. All advice is appreciated. Thanks!

A leisurely morning -- wish it were so! Breakfast in the MDR usually ends by 8, with the buffet serving a bit longer, maybe 8:30. No room service on last day. They try to get everyone off the ship by 9:30 or 10.
