El Morro ?

We would love to see the fort but because of medical reasons the walk is impossible. Is there anyway to get all the way up to the fort?

 

Last time we were there, we saw it from somewhat of a distance. I remember there was a long walk up to the fort. I do not recall any type of transportation to take you there, just a loooooooong walk way.

Yes, from the beginning of the fort grounds to the actual fort, it is quite a walk, and all uphill. Maybe you could contact the National Park Services and see if you might be able to arrange a pickup with a golf cart??? Sounds crazy, I know, but worth a try if it's something you really want to do.
