Rare Essiesmom Posted September 5, 2011 #51 Share Posted September 5, 2011 I have used rolling backpacks as carryons for years, but before my last trip, I bought Heys carryon Hybrid for under $90 at Target. It is expandable, but I have learned over the years that if I expand a bag, it no longer fits in the overhead... A few weeks ago, I was loading things in it, and realized that in one half of it, I had five pairs of capris, five t-shirts, seven pairs of underwear, a nightgown...And I thought 'If I can get that much in half of this case...I can do a 10 day cruise with this one and another expandable carryon (which will be my checked bag). And if I can do 10 days, I can do as 24 day cruise, which is really two 12 day cruises B2B, by sending out laundry.' So, now I own another carryon by HEYS, in red, also from Target. Turtle_lover Posted September 5, 2011 #52 Share Posted September 5, 2011 We needed a few new pieces of luggage as well. Dont need anything fancy since we are carrying all but one bag onto the plane. Try looking at "Dallas Wholesale", that is where I am getting most of our luggage from. Best of luck :D
