Wher is the best snorkeling?

We will be in Bermuda in a few weeks. I am trying to find out is it better to do a snorkel excursion through the ship or is there a tour off the ship that's better? Does anyone have any information regarding snorkeling in Bermuda? Any thought would be a great help.

I've heard Church Bay beach but we went there a few years ago, the water was rough, couldn't see any fish. Maybe just a bad day, thinking i'm going to try it again . We cruise in 19 days.
