Lower Price- Onboard Credit

I have already paid in full for my July cruise. I have noticed on their website that the price is lower. Can I still call and try to get an onboard credit or someting or do they not like for you to do that?

If you booked early saver you can do that for sure, if you didn't book early saver you are SOL.

Just fill out the form. If you cant then I guess you can keep calling, but Id rather handle it myself. Thats the advantage of booking direct.

There is a form (somewhere on carnival.com) to fill out to get your ES OBC.

Print it out and mail to the address on the contract.

I suggest you send it registered with return receipt requested so it doesn't get "lost".

You can continue to collect until 48 hours before sailing.

I called and when I booked they told me I had booked Early Saver and the lady I talked to today told me I didn't book Early Saver and could only get an upgrade to the Empress Deck. Not sure why they told me I was Early Saver when I booked.

Look at your receipt. If there is a warning about your deposit being nonrefundable, then you booked ES. If its not there, then that isnt the fare.
