Hi there.

Does anyone know if there will be a Theme Night on the Solstice. We sail on the 19th June. We went on the Brilliance of the Seas & they had a Toga Night. I know I Probably need to wait until the Itinerary starts, but getting so excited.:)

There are no theme nights for the dining room or menus. However, in the evening there are often nights the music takes a theme, like 50's or whatever. Then either in the dance areas or at an on deck party, some will wear themed clothes. But it's not like on RCI where meal times have themes.

The Solstice class seem to be more active then the older M class (maybe to draw in more RCI cruisers like us?).

On our Solstice Eastern Caribbean cruise last June, we had a 60's party in the Grand Foyer. People were watching from the floor level and from the atrium levels above, similar to what goes on on the RC Radiance class ships.

We also had a 70's night up in the large forward lounge on the top deck (Sky lounge) with passenger activity and dancing. For some reason I have no usable pictures from that on webshots.

Neither of these venues work as well as the Promenades on the RCI ships because of poles, curtains, etc but the activities are there.

There was also a midnight Sizzle pool party sponsored by Bacardi Rum.

The Solstice ships are far more active then the older smaller ships and the activities are there if you want them.
