Refunding Tips

Does any one know how does RCL handle the refunding of the prepaid tips if the trip get cancelled due to health or a sickness. I know if you have insurance will cover the trip cost, but what about the prepaid tips.

In the UK, whenever you cancel a booking the gratuities are refunded back to you.

I cancelled a trip once for family emergency. My shore excursions, tips, etc, were put back on my credit card. I assume this would be your case also.
